霆擊（上狄形反前第十卷已釋訖下正擊字說文云擊支也從手𣪠聲𣪠音喫）。

霆擊 [thunder strike]: The first character is read with the fanqie di + xing (tíng); it has already been explained above in fascicle 10. The second character is the standard character for jī (擊). The Shuowen jiezi says: 'Jī means to strike against. It is composed of the [semantic] radical 'hand' (手) and the sound jī (𣪠); 𣪠 is pronounced chī.'
