旱澇（下牢到反考聲云澇水浸苗也禮記月令作潦云水潦敗其城郭也說文從水尞聲尞音力召反）。

旱澇 (the second character has the fanqie lao + dao [lào]; the Kaosheng says: "澇 [lào] means water submerging young sprouts." The 'Yueling' chapter of the Liji writes it as 潦, saying: "Waterfloods ruined the city walls." The Shuowen says: "It has the water radical and liao phonetic; liao has the fanqie li + zhao [liào].")
