About to cease (將弭: the second character is [pronounced with the fanqie] 彌比 [mǐ]. The Mao Commentary to the Odes states: '弭 means to stop.' He Xiu's commentary on the Gongyang zhuan states: 'Not yet ceased.' Jia's commentary on the Guoyu states: 'To forget.' The Shuowen jiezi states: '弭 is the end of a bow; it also says 弭 means to turn back; it takes the "bow" radical and 耳 phonetic').
