Deficit and surplus (欠𧷽: the second character is [pronounced with the fanqie] 乘證 [shèng]. The Shuowen jiezi states: '賸 means giving gifts of wealth to someone; it takes the "cowry" radical and [舟*(券-刀)] phonetic; one source says 賸 means adding goods.' [舟*(券-刀)] is pronounced 朕 [zhèn].
