邗溝（上羽俱反杜注左傳云邗城河內縣名也說文云邗周武王子所封從邑于聲傳從言作講非也）。

Han Canal (邗溝: the first character is fanqie yu + ju [yú]. Du [Yu]'s commentary on the Zuozhuan states: "Han City was the name of a county in Henei." The Shuowen says: "Han was the fief granted to a son of King Wu of Zhou; it is formed from [the radical] 邑 (city) with 于 as phonetic." The commentary writes it with 言 as 講, which is incorrect).
