歔欷（上許於反下虛依反王逸注楚辭云歔欷啼貌也一云出氣也何休注公羊云欷悲也蒼頡篇云泣餘聲也說文二字並從欠虛希聲也）。

Xuxi 歔欷 (The upper character is pronounced fanqie 許於; the lower is 虛依. Wang Yi's commentary on the Chuci says: "Xuxi 歔欷 is the appearance of sobbing; another says it is sighing forth breath." He Xiu's commentary on the Gongyang zhuan says: "Xi 欷 means sadness." The Cangjie pian says: "The lingering sound of weeping." The Shuowen says both characters have the 'yawn' radical and the phonetic components xu 虛 and xi 希).
