絺𥿭（上恥尺反下卿逆反說文竝葛也細曰絺又作悕麤曰𥿭絺從糸希聲𥿭從糸𠫤聲亦作恡）。

Chilü 絺𥿭 (The upper character is pronounced fanqie 恥尺; the lower is 卿逆. The Shuowen states both are kudzu cloth; fine is called chi 絺, also written as 悕; coarse is called lü 𥿭. Chi 絺 has the 'silk' radical and the phonetic component xi 希; lü 𥿭 has the 'silk' radical and the phonetic component lin 𠫤, also written as 恡).
