淲泉 [biāoquán, flowing spring] (The first character has the fanqie 皮彪 [pí + biāo]. The commentary on the Mao Shi says: 'Biāo is the appearance of flowing water.' The Guangya gives the same meaning. The Shuowen says: It takes 水 as semantic and an abbreviated form of 彪 as phonetic; 彪 has the fanqie 彼尤 [bǐ + yóu]).
