Treatise on Explicating Flaying (釋剝論; the middle character is b[āng] + [ji]ǎo fanqie. The Kaosheng states: '剝 (bō) means to peel and take; a general term for processing leather.' The collected editions write 駮, which is the name of a beast and does not fit the sense of explicating flaying).
