襁褓（上姜兩反下補道反淮南子云成王幼在襁褓之中也說文襁負兒衣也襁小兒被也並從衣強保皆聲集從糸作繈緥非也）。

Swaddling clothes 襁褓 (the upper character has the fanqie: 姜兩 [qiǎng]; the lower has the fanqie: 補道 [bǎo]). The Huainanzi says: 'King Cheng was young and remained in swaddling clothes.' The Shuowen jiezi says: '襁 is a garment for carrying a child on the back; [褓] is a small child's blanket.' Both take 衣 ('clothing') as semantic, and 強 and 保 as phonetic. The edition under collation takes 糸 as semantic, writing 繈緥, which is incorrect.
