譎怪（涓穴反鄭注毛詩云譎諫詠歌依違不直言也說文謬也欺天曰譎從言矞聲矞音維橘反）。

"Deceitful and strange" (譎怪): [譎 is pronounced with the fanqie] juan + xue (jue). Zheng [Xuan]'s commentary on the Mao Commentary to the Book of Odes says: 'Jue (譎) means remonstrating obliquely through songs and verses, wavering and not speaking straightforwardly.' The Shuowen jiezi says: 'It means false; deceiving Heaven is called jue. It has the speech radical (言) and yu (矞) phonetic.' 矞 is pronounced wei + ju (yu).
