情溷（下魂本反廣雅溷濁也說文亂也從水圂聲圂音魂困反序從昆作混說文謂水豊流皃也非義）。

情溷 [sentiments turbid] (The lower character is pronounced with the fanqie hún + běn. The Guangya says: "Hùn means turbid." The Shuowen says: "Disorderly. It takes the water radical and hùn as phonetic." Hùn is pronounced with the fanqie hún + kùn. The preface writes 混 with the kūn phonetic; the Shuowen says that refers to the appearance of copious flowing water, which is not the intended meaning.)
