臨洮 (The fanqie is [討 + 刀]: táo. The Hanshu says Lintao is the name of a county, located in Longxi Commandery. The Wenzidian shuo says it is formed from “water” (水) with 兆 phonetic. In the anthology it is written as 洮, a vulgar form).
