重[示*(薾-(示-一)+┬)]（陟紀反爾雅云黹紩也郭注云今人呼縫紩衣為黹廣雅紩納也說文鍼縷所薾紩也或作黹黹從黹華省聲華音仕角反紩音袟集從爾作禰寫誤也）。

Heavy embroidery: [示*(薾-(示-一)+┬)] [zhi] (陟 + 紀 fanqie. The Erya says: "'Zhi' means to sew." Guo [Pu's] commentary says: "People today refer to stitching clothes as zhi." The Guangya says: "'Zhi' means to insert [the needle]." The Shuowen jiezi says: "What is sewn with needle and thread." It is also written as 黹; 黹 derives from radical 黹 with 華 abbreviated phonetic; 華 is pronounced 仕 + 角 fanqie; 紩 is pronounced 袟. The collection writing it with radical 爾 as 禰 is a scribal error).
