濎濘（上丁冷反下寧定反考聲傾濘水貌也廣雅濘清也說文瀅也從水寧聲[日*鼎]或作澒）。

Dingning 濎濘 (The first character is pronounced with the fanqie phonetic spelling ding + leng [dǐng]; the second is pronounced ning + ding [nìng]. The Kaosheng says: "濎濘 denotes the appearance of swirling or unsettled water." The Guangya says: "濘 means clear." The Shuowen says: "It means deep and clear. It takes 水 as radical and 寧 as phonetic." 濎 is also written as 澒).
