氣讋（詹葉反說文失氣而言也從言龍省聲音潭合反亦前釋訖也）。

Qizhe 氣讋 (讋 is pronounced with the fanqie phonetic spelling zhan + ye [zhé]. The Shuowen says: "Speaking because of having lost one's spirit." It takes 言 as radical and the abbreviated 龍 as phonetic, pronounced tan + he [shè]; it was also explained earlier).
