Stepping and treading (抱蹋: [fanqie:] 談合. The Shuowen jiezi says: "蹋 means to tread. Semantic with foot [足] and phonogram [日/羽], which has the sound [fanqie] 貪合." The [Guanghongming] ji writes with 弇 as 𰸡, a character not found in character glossaries).
