Brilliantly resplendent (赫奕: the first character has the fanqie heng-ge; the Mao Commentary on the Classic of Poetry states that 赫赫 is the appearance of prominence and abundance; the Guangya states that it means bright; the Shuowen states that it is the appearance of great redness, formed from two 'red' [赤] characters; 奕 is pronounced as 亦).
