羸𤸃 (The first character has the fanqie 累追. Du's commentary on the *Zuo zhuan* says: "Léi (羸) means weak (弱)." Jia Kui's commentary on the *Guoyu* says: "Ill (病)." Xu Shuzhong's commentary on the *Huainanzi* says: "Inferior (劣)." The *Guangya* says: "Exhausted (極)." The dictionary (*Zishu*) says: "Weary (疲)." The *Shuowen jiezi* says: "Emaciated (𤸃); it derives from 'sheep' (羊) with 𣎆 as the phonetic." The second character has the fanqie 搜宥. The *Gujin zhengzi* says: "Shòu (𤸃) means lean (癯); it derives from 'disease' (疒) with [宋-木+(癸-天+又)] as the phonetic." The fanqie of 癯 is 具于. The fanqie of [宋-木+(癸-天+又)] is 素口).
