Organize and govern (整理: pronounced [征 + 郢] zh-ěng [zhěng]. The Shuowen says: "Uniform. It derives from 敕 with 正 as phonetic." The vulgar form deriving from 止 is incorrect. 敕 is pronounced [丑 + 力] c-hì [chì]. In the Shuowen, the character 敕 derives from 束 and 攴; 攴 is pronounced [普 + 卜] p-ū [pū]. The vulgar form deriving from 來 and 力, written 勑, is a vulgar graph).
