Brāhmaṇa (This transcription is corrupt and abbreviated; it should be poluohanweina or poluohemona. This translates as "one who inherits and practices the laws of Brahmā." Their class says of themselves that they were born from the mouth of Brahmā; being the most superior among the four castes, they uniquely adopt the name of Brahmā. They exist only in the Five Indias and not in other countries. The fanzhi [pure-minded ascetic] in scriptures is also this name; strictly translated it is "pure descendant" [jingyin], meaning they are the offspring of Brahmā).
