Barely emerged (纔出): Fanqie: 在灾 [cái]. Guangya: '纔 means briefly.' The Hanshu writes it as 纔, meaning barely, poorly, or not long. Zheng Xuan's commentary to the Liji writes it as 裁. The Dongguan Hanji, various histories, and Jia Kui's commentary to the Guoyu all write it as 財; it varies in writing without a fixed graph.
