足腨 ("the calf of the leg": fanqie 殊耎 [shuàn]. The Shuowen jiezi says: 'The belly of the calf.' It is also written with the foot radical as 踹 or as [跳-兆+專], all with the same sound. That the forms differ is because earlier scholars could not remember the radical components and wrote them arbitrarily, using either the flesh or foot radical; later people imitated and handed them down, so there was no definitive form.
