Wren and midges 鷦螟 (the first character is pronounced with the fanqie 醮 + 銷; the Erya says: "The jiao is a peach insect." The Gujin zhengzi states: "The jiaomiao is also a peach insect; it takes the bird radical 鳥 and the phonetic 𤊙." The second character is pronounced 冥; the Zhuangzi says: "The midges nest on the eyelash of a mosquito," which is generally a term for diminutive insects. The Gujin zhengzi states that ming takes the insect radical 虫 and the phonetic 冥; 𪃐 is pronounced 眇, 䀹 is pronounced 接, and 蟃 is pronounced 慢).
