𬄏隥（上體奚反賈注國語云梯階也說文解同從木第聲也下登鄧反博雅云隥履也依而上之也說文云從阜登聲也）。

𬄏隥 [ladders and steps] (The upper character is pronounced with the fanqie 體奚 [tī]. Jia [Kui]'s commentary to the Guoyu says: “A ladder/stairs.” The explanation in the Shuowen jiezi is identical; it is formed from 木 [wood] with 第 as the phonetic element. The lower character is pronounced with the fanqie 登鄧 [dèng]. The Boya says: “隥 means to step upon, mounting by treading on them.” The Shuowen jiezi says: “Formed from 阜 with 登 as the phonetic element”).
