Torrents and rivers ([涅-土+(出/大/((犀-尸)-牛+十))]河: the upper character has the fanqie 蒲冒. The Kaosheng says: "Sudden torrential rain." The Shuowen says: "Rushing rainwater; also, rain pouring down."
