夕殞（上祥石反說文暮也從日半見也下于敏反切韻殞沒也又死也從反員聲音五達反）。

夕殞 (The first character has the fanqie 祥石 [xiáng + shí]. The Shuowen jiezi states: 'Evening; derived from the sun being half-visible.' The second character has the fanqie 于敏 [yú + mǐn]. The Qieyun states: '殞 means to perish; also to die; derived from the reverse of the phonetic 員.' [The phonetic] has the fanqie 五達 [wǔ + dá]).
