納麓（下盧谷反虞書云納於大麓孔傳云麓錄也納舜使大錄萬機之政也晉中興書云九月癸卯皇太后臨朝稱制司徒王導錄尚書也字從林鹿聲也）。

Nalu 納麓 (The second character has the fanqie phonetic spelling [l- + -ù > l-] lú gǔ 反. The Book of Yu states: "Brought into the great foot of the mountain (dalu 大麓)." Kong Yingda's commentary states: "Lu 麓 means to record / superintend (lu 錄); bringing Shun in to have him greatly superintend the myriad affairs of governance." The Jin zhongxing shu states: "In the ninth month, on the guimao day, the Empress Dowager held court to issue decrees, and Wang Dao, Minister of Works, superintended the affairs of the Department of State Affairs." The character takes the forest radical with 鹿 as the phonetic).
