接踵（下之隴反切韻云足後也考聲云繼也又住也儀禮云舉前曳踵也或作㣫說文云相躡行也即繼前跡）。

Following in close succession (接踵: the second character is [pronounced with the fanqie] zhi + long; the Qieyun says it means the back of the foot; the Kaosheng says it means "to continue," and also "to stop"; the Yili says: "Lifting the front and dragging the heels"; it is also written as chong [㣫]; the Shuowen says it means walking by treading upon one another, that is, following in former footsteps).
