日躋（上人一反說文曰實也言太陽之精不虧也下祖兮反爾雅曰躋登也公羊傳曰躋者何陞也或作隮陞音升）。

日躋 (the sun ascending: the first character is *r[én]-y[ī]* fan; the Shuowen jiezi states: “Full; meaning that the essence of the great yang is without deficiency.” The second character is *z[ǔ]-x[ī]* fan; the Erya states: “躋 [*jī*] means to ascend.” The Gongyang zhuan states: “What is 躋? To rise.” It is also written 隮. 陞 is pronounced like 升 [*shēng*]).
