菡萏（上含感反下𮗆感反毛詩注云未開曰芙蓉已開曰菡萏也經文作𦴻萏二字皆謬也）。

Lotus blossoms (菡萏) (The first [character] has the fanqie hán + gǎn [hàn]. The second has the fanqie tán + gǎn [dàn]. The commentary on the Mao Shijing states: 'Unopened is called fúróng; already opened is called hàndàn.' In the sūtra text it is written as 𦴻萏, both characters being erroneous).
