布濩（下音護顏注漢書曰布濩猶言布露謂於鈌露之處皆遍布也經文從言作護切韻云助也台也非此用）。

Spreading widely (布濩) (The second [character] has the sound hù. Yan [Shigu]'s commentary on the Hanshu states: 'Bùhù is like saying widely displayed, meaning completely spread across all exposed places.' In the sūtra text it is written with speech (言) as 護; the Qieyun states: 'To aid; to soothe,' which is not the usage here).
