卵㲉（上落管反玉篇鳥卵也說文云無乳生㲉者曰卵也下苦角反切韻云鳥卵㲉也說文云從卵𣪊聲𣪊音同上有本作聲甚乖於義）。

Eggshell (卵㲉: the first character has the fanqie 落 + 管. The Yupian says: "Bird egg." The Shuowen jiezi says: "Those born in shells without nursing are called luan." The second character has the fanqie 苦 + 角. The Qieyun says: "The shell of a bird egg." The Shuowen jiezi says: "It takes egg [卵] with 𣪊 as phonetic." 𣪊 has the same sound as above. Some editions have it as 毇, which is very contrary to the meaning).
