靉靆（上音愛下音逮廣雅曰靉靆翳薈也薈音烏外反謂雲興盛也通俗文云雲覆曰為靉靆也）。

Dense gathering of clouds (靉靆: the upper is pronounced ài; the lower is pronounced dài. The Guangya says, "靉靆 means covered and thick." 薈 is pronounced wū + wài [huì], referring to clouds rising abundantly. The Tongsuwen says, "When clouds cover [the sky], it is called 靉靆").
