惽寐（上呼昆反考聲云不明也字林又音呼困反昧也經文單作昬爾雅云昬強也切韻曰暮也非此用下民致反玉篇寢臥也孝經曰夙興夜寐說文從㝱省聲也）。

惽寐 (The first character is pronounced 呼 + 昆 fanqie. The Kaosheng says: 'Dim, benighted.' The Zilin also pronounces it 呼 + 困 fanqie: dark. The sūtra text writes it singly as 昬. The Erya says: 'Hun means to strive.' The Qieyun says: 'Dusk.' Neither is used here. The second character is pronounced 民 + 致 fanqie. The Yupian says: 'To sleep and lie down.' The Classic of Filial Piety says: 'Rising early and retiring late to sleep.' The Shuowen takes 㝱 abbreviated as phonetic).
