醍醐（上徒奚反下戶姑反說文作䬫餬二形云酪中出酥酥中清液也案本草治熱毒去眾風疾涼藥也）。

Ghee (醍醐: for the upper, tú + xī [tí]; for the lower, hù + gū [hú]; the Shuowen writes them as 䬫餬, stating: "Extracted from curd is butter, and the clarified liquid within butter [is ghee]." According to the Materia Medica (Bencao), it cures febrile poisons and eliminates various wind ailments, being a cooling medicine).
