莽字（上莫朗反說文上下草犬在中也經作莾俗字）。

The character mang 莽 (the first character has the fanqie [reading] mo + lang [mang]. The Shuowen [jiezi] says: "Grass above and below with a dog in the middle." The scripture writes 莾, which is a vulgar character).
