三甜（上牒兼反切韻美也甘也一字頂輪王經云三甜謂蘇乳酪也即西域所尚者也）。

Three sweets [三甜] (The first character has the fanqie phonetic spelling 牒 + 兼; the Qieyun says delicious, sweet. The Ekākṣaroṣṇīṣacakra-sūtra says that the three sweets refer to clarified butter, milk, and curd; these are precisely what is esteemed in the Western Regions).
