卑溼 (The upper character has the fanqie 府移 [f- + -(j)e = bēi]; the Qieyun says: 'Low-lying.' The lower character has the fanqie 失入 [sh- + -(ny)ip = shī]; the Qieyun says: 'Soaked with water.' In the sūtra text it is written as 濕, which is a popular variant).
