𰞝稻（上初爪反切韻熬也又作煼說文作𲆬經文作炒俗字下徒晧反本草云粳米止煩泄稻米主溫中令人多熱說文糯即稻也字從禾舀聲也）。

Parched non-glutinous rice (𰞝稻) (the first character is chu + zhao fan [chǎo]; Qieyun: "To roast." Also written 煼; Shuowen writes 𲆬. The scripture text writes 炒, a vulgar character. The second character is tu + hao fan [dào]; the Materia Medica says: "Non-glutinous rice stops agitation and diarrhea; parched rice governs warming the interior and makes one prone to heat." Shuowen: "Glutinous rice is dào." Formed with the he signific and yao phonetic).
