痰癊（上淡甘反考聲云鬲中水病也說文從疒炎聲下邑禁反字林作𤷜心中淡水病也韻詮云癊亦痰也二字互訓從疒陰聲也經文從草作蔭非也）。

The lower character has the fanqie *yì* + *jìn* [yìn]; the *Zilin* writes it as 𤷜, meaning "a disease of phlegmatic fluid in the chest." The *Yunquan* says, "*Yìn* also means phlegm." The two characters gloss each other; it is categorized under "sickness" with *yīn* phonetic. In the sūtra text it is written under "grass" as 蔭, which is incorrect).
