掐珠（上苦洽反切韻以爪掐物也說文從手臽聲臽音陷經文從舀作搯音他刀反非經用也舀音以小反）。

掐珠 (The first character has the fanqie ku + qia; the Qieyun says: “To pinch something with the fingernails.” The Shuowen says: “Composed of the hand radical (手) with xian as phonetic.” Xian is pronounced xian. In the scripture text it is written with 舀 as 搯, with the fanqie ta + dao, which is not used in the scripture. Yao has the fanqie yi + xiao.)
