螫彼（上商隻反說文云蟲行毒也又作蠚經文作螫音呼各反亦通）。

螫彼 (The upper character has the fanqie 商隻 [sh- + -(y)ak = shì]; the Shuowen says: 'An insect discharging poison.' It is also written as 蠚. In the sūtra text it is written as 螫, pronounced 呼各 [hè], which is also acceptable).
