痠憷（上素官反韻集云痠疼痛也考聲云骨痛也說文云從疒酸省聲下瘡舉反音譜云憷痛也顧野王云心利也從心楚聲又音初去反經文或單作楚荊楚也又州名非本字）。

痠憷 (The upper character is pronounced with the fanqie su + guan. The Yunji says: "痠 means ache and pain." The Kaosheng says: "Bone pain." The Shuowen says: "Classified under 'sickness' [疒], with an abbreviated 酸 as phonetic." The lower character is pronounced with the fanqie chuang + ju. The Yinpu says: "憷 means ache." Gu Yewang says: "Piercing pain in the heart; classified under 'heart' [心], with 楚 as phonetic." It is also pronounced chu in the falling tone. The sūtra text sometimes writes it simply as 楚, which refers to Jingchu or a prefecture name, not the original character).
