應踏（下徒合反說文云著地行皃從足沓聲沓音同上又作蹋切韻云蹴蹋也案經合作蹋字作踏又音他荅反）。

應踏 (The lower character is pronounced with the fanqie tu + he. The Shuowen says: "The manner of walking on the ground; classified under 'foot' [足], with 沓 as phonetic." 沓 has the same sound as above. Also written as 蹋. The Qieyun says: "To tread and trample." According to the sūtra, it ought to be written as 蹋; written as 踏, it is also pronounced with the fanqie ta + da).
