披擐（上音被字書云加也考聲服也下音患桂菀珠叢云以身貫穿衣甲也五經音義亦音古患反）。

披擐 [Putting on and donning]: The upper [character] has the sound 被 (pī); the Zishu says, “It means to apply.” The Kaosheng says, “To put on.” The lower [character] has the sound 患 (huàn); the Guiyuan zhucong says, “It means to don clothing and armour on one's body.” The Wujing yinyi also gives the fanqie sound 古患 (gu + huàn = guàn).
