雌獼猴（上正作雌音此移反切韻雄雌也說文云牝曰雌從隹此聲也次作獼音武移反顧野王云獼即猴孫也）。

Címíhóu (female macaque) (the first character is properly written as 雌, with the fanqie cǐ + yí. The Qieyun says: "Male and female." The Shuowen jiezi says: "A female bird/beast is called cí; formed with the 'short-tailed bird' radical and the phonetic cǐ." The second character is written as 獼, pronounced wǔ + yí. Gu Yewang says: "Mí is a monkey").
