患痔（上胡慣反考聲病也集訓云憂也切韻苦也惡也說文云從心串聲串音古患反下直里反切韻漏病也考聲云後病也說文云從疒峙省聲疒女厄反）。

患痔 (the first character is h[ú] + gu[àn] fanqie; the Kaosheng says: "Sickness." The Jixun says: "Anxiety." The Qieyun says: "Suffering; distress." The Shuowen jiezi says: "Composed with the heart radical and chuàn phonetic; chuàn is pronounced g[ǔ] + hu[àn] fanqie." The second character is zh[í] + l[ǐ] fanqie; the Qieyun says: "An anal-fistula disease." The Kaosheng says: "A disease of the rear." The Shuowen jiezi says: "Composed with the sickness radical and a simplified zhì phonetic." The sickness radical is n[ǚ] + è fanqie).
