黶子（上於琰反切韻云面上黑黶子也字書云從黑厭聲也有作靨俗字也）。

黶子 (The upper character is 於 + 琰 with fanqie. The Qieyun says: 'It refers to black birthmarks and moles on the face.' The Zishu says: 'It is formed with 黑 ("black") and 厭 phonetically.' Some write it as 靨, which is a popular form).
