Coughing and clearing the throat (謦欬: the upper character has the fanqie 口冷; the Shuowen jiezi says it also means to cough; the lower character has the fanqie 苦戴; the Shuowen jiezi says it is adverse breath; it also means to cough, with the fanqie 苏奏; writing it as 咳 with the fanqie 胡來 is incorrect).
